Let's start with the active ingredients, starting with the Asiatic herb (also known as centella, gotu kola or tiger grass), which is closely related to the name of the scar cream and which forms the basis of this cream. It is rich in flavonoids and phytosterols, which help the rapid regeneration of the superficial layer (epidermis) and deep layers of the skin. CENTELLA also supports the natural synthesis of collagen. Collagen strengthens the structure of the skin and connective tissue.

Ceramides are essential components of the formula. Our skin naturally contains ceramides, but due to various external and internal influences, their amount can decrease. In this case, we need to strengthen and rebuild the barrier from the outside, to maintain long-term skin health. Ceramides also help maintain the skin's natural moisture.

An additional ingredient is astaxanthin. ASTAXANTHIN, a carotenoid present in the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis, is a leading ingredient with powerful antioxidant properties. Thanks to the double bonds in its chemical structure, it is able to absorb harmful ultraviolet radiation and intervene effectively against the chain reactions of free radicals.
