Description

Natrium PCA: It is the sodium salt of pyroglutamic acid. This small derivative of amino acids plays an important role in keeping the skin hydrated. In the skin, it is activated as pyroglutamic acid. Due to its excellent hygroscopic properties, it can attract and retain moisture in the skin. In addition, it does not cause irritation and is not allergenic.

Betaine: Also known by the chemical name trimethylglycine, it is a simple ammonium salt, originally derived from sugar beets, but can now be obtained from various plants. Due to its favorable chemical structure, it can form hydrogen bonds with water and other molecules. As a humectant, it prevents excessive water loss from the skin and improves the feeling of hydration. It is a beneficial ingredient for sensitive skin, as betaine helps reduce unpleasant reactions caused by other irritants.
