Use sunscreen every day as the last step of your daily routine. To get the protection marked with sun protection factor, you need to apply 2 mg/cm² on the surface of the skin. To maintain protection, reapply the cream several times, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling off! Caution: using less than the recommended amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Even when you use a sunscreen, don't spend too much time in the sun! Direct exposure to the sun can be dangerous to your health!

Avoid exposing yourself to the sun in the interval of the strongest radiation (between 11:00 and 15:00)! If you must be in the sun, wear appropriate clothing! A hat and sunglasses provide additional protection. IMPORTANT! Do not break the perforation of the cardboard tube, do this only when nothing comes out of the tube. That way, you will be able to extract the last drops at the end. After use, throw the tube in the paper recycling containers!
